Happy Friday for those who can remember what day it actually is… I have some good news! The next Squirrel Session is scheduled for May 21 at 7pm BST.
I’m getting better at using it and can now share the video which should go live at the time – so just come here at that time, settle down with a cuppa or a dram and enjoy.
In the meantime, you may have noticed a pop-up to join my mailing list – PLEASE do this (and apologies if the pop-up is annoying, I’m trying to find a better way to do it) to keep updated on what I’m up to. I’m planning to send my first message next week.
Have a good weekend if you can and take care of yourselves,
Hi – just a quick update to say that my third online gig (this really happening on YouTube and not Facebook) is happening on Wednesday (May 6th) evening at 7pm UK time. My channel is over at https://www.youtube.com/user/elenapiras
The previous session is now available to watch back whenever you like here:
Thanks to everyone who watched me perform live on Faceback last week. It was so much fun, although not the same as an in-person gig of course. I’m definitely keen to do more soon – maybe on YouTube to see if that’s any better than Facebook.
Since then, I’ve been thinking about what to call these online gigs and decided on the Squirrel Sessions. If you want to know why, you’ll have to tune into the next one and ask me 😉
For those who watched and want to relive it and especially those who missed it, you can catch up on it any time you like here:
I’m hosting my first live streamed gig over Facebook Live at 2.30pm BST on Monday 6th. If you’re on Facebook, you can join the event here.
Don’t feel obliged, but you may have heard that these are very tough times for musicians at the moment. Therefore, if you’d like to support me for this, you can donate through my Paypal address at paypal.me/epiiras.
Thanks and really looking forward to seeing you there!
I’m sorry to announce that I won’t be playing at the Warwick Folk Club’s Easter Monday Performers’ Night on 13th April as previously reported. This is due to the safety measures around Coronavirus at the moment.
I hope in the meantime you’re all keeping safe and well and I hope it won’t be too long before I get to play for you again. I hope to perform some live streamed gigs over my social media channels during this uncertain period. I’ll keep you posted on that very soon.
